Credentials

Sarah is a Psychotherapist, with specialist training in neuropsychology and psychopathology.

As well as heading up Warwickshire Specialist Anxiety Centre, Sarah delivers talks on the impact of neuroscience on management and leadership. With a focus on leadership professionals, using neuroscience to unravel the thinking behind our decision-making and behaviours including improving creativity and problem solving skills, refining focus and attention, and boosting resilience

'Since 2009, I have had the privilege of helping some amazing individuals make incredible changes to their lives. It is not about managing the issue or learning techniques or strategies to deal with it - this is about removing the issue, dissolving the problem, neutralising the negative feeling, and then creating the mindset you want, so that you can start living life to the full and achieving your goals.'

Utilising the latest techniques, based on neuroscience, She is able to create the most effective and appropriate plan to meet your individual needs and goals.

Sarah is fully accredited in the UK by The Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA). The PSA is a Department of Health backed programme, which sets standards for practitioners and is recognised by the NHS and the Care Quality Commission.

You can make an appointment to see Sarah at any one of the locations listed on the website, including her private consulting room within in Warwick and Harley Street in London.

Fees are dependent upon length of appointment and location so please contact Sarah for specific fees as they may vary.
