Sarah is a Psychotherapist, with specialist training in psychopathology.
As well as heading up Warwickshire Specialist Anxiety Centre, Sarah delivers talks on the impact of neuroscience on management and leadership. With a focus on leadership professionals, using neuroscience to unravel the thinking behind our decision-making and behaviours including improving creativity and problem solving skills, refining focus and attention, and boosting resilience

Sarah is fully accredited in the UK by The Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA). The PSA is a Department of Health backed programme, which sets standards for practitioners and is recognised by the NHS and the Care Quality Commission.
You can make an appointment to see Sarah at either her private consulting room in Warwickshire, or at her office on Harley Street in London.
Fees are dependent upon length of appointment and location so please contact Sarah for specific fees as they may vary.

Terms and Conditions
If there is any possibility of an underlying medical cause for your symptoms we will ask you to consult with your doctor first, if you have not already done so.
Depending on the outcome of your medical consultation, we may or may not be able to proceed to therapy.
In some circumstances, we may need to write to your doctor before we can proceed but I will always seek your consent before doing so.
Any fees charged are for Sarah's time and expertise.
All appointments are in confidence and as a registered Psychotherapist bound by a strict code of ethics.
Please note you should initially consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health care professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies or treatments.
Appointments carry a 24 hour notice period for cancellations. Any appointments cancelled with less notice than 24 hours will be charged the full fee of the appointment. Once your appointment is booked, this is confirmation that you are agreeing to these terms.
Appointments available between: 8am - 8pm Monday - Wednesday / 10am - 4pm Thursday / 11am - 4pm Saturday by special arrangement
Sarah has limited time in the day due to being in client sessions She is therefore not always able to answer calls or get back to voicemails. The best way to contact her is by completing the contact form on this site and she will generally reply to your enquiry within 24 hours. Sarah's emails often go into junk mail. so please do keep an eye on your spam folder for her reply.
